With a Bachelor’s in Political Science from SUNY Buffalo and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus, Tawisha Buckingham combines academic rigor with real-world savvy. Her career launched with the prestigious INROADS internship, where she trained alongside industry leaders such as uch as Thasunda Brown Duckett and Chinedu Echeruo. Through her INROADS internship under corporate sponsor United Technologies Carrier Corporation, Tawisha learned key values and favorable skillsets in how to successfully navigate corporate America and life and honed the skills to navigate complex corporate landscapes. Over a decade of experience negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts for Fortune 500 health insurers has cemented her reputation as a trusted advisor and strategist, both in Atlanta and across the nation.

Now, as the founder of Changing Lanes Enterprize, Tawisha offers negotiation training, coaching, and consulting that empower providers, vendors, and entrepreneurs to secure fair, profitable deals and adapt to industry shifts with confidence. She’s also a best-selling author and motivational speaker, inspiring professionals to redefine success on their own terms.
